3. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on selimpapers.com are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to monitor differences or manufacturer updates. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via SMS or email. Payment must be completed in full before an order is shipped, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Stripe, and COD as payment methods. Selim Papers reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed — actual delivery may vary based on your location, product availability, and external factors. Delivery timelines start from the date of order confirmation. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a package appears damaged upon arrival, please report it immediately with photographic evidence.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 24-hour return window from the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@selimpapers.com or call 01707073400 with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on selimpapers.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Selim Papers or its licensors and is protected by Bangladeshi and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent from Selim Papers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selim Papers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our website or products.
